VCD has collaborated with other organizations to conduct various developmental programs at the regional and national level.
- In collaboration with Institute for Christian life & Vocation (ICLV) a proactive CEG program was conducted in 14 villages for illiterates & unschooled people of Kumjharia Panchayat in the Sundargarh district of Odisha.
- Development Associate International (DAI) along with VCD conducted 4 youth seminars on Leadership Development & CEG in 4 different states of India (Sikkim, Assam, Odisha and Jharkhand).
- VCD has conducted many small business & entrepreneurship training offered to Directors of Vocational Training Centre's in collaboration with Skills for Progress (SKIP), Bangalore.
